Ships from Shenzhen, China. Made-to-order jewelry may take up to one month from order to delivery.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; customs and carrier delays may extend them. Tracking is emailed once your items are on their way.

Standard Skelody designs, including made-to-order pieces: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Prior approval is required. Items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with original packaging and documents. For change-of-mind returns, you pay tracked, insured shipping to Shenzhen, China; original complimentary outbound shipping is not deducted.
