Shipping policy

Shipping is complimentary, and all other delivery costs are covered by Skelody. U.S. customs duties, import taxes or customs-clearance fees may apply. If assessed, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

All products ship from Shenzhen, China, to the United States.

Estimated delivery

• Mermacorn DIY bracelet sets: approximately 10–15 days from the date your order is placed until it is received.
• Skelody jewelry: made to order, with delivery estimated to take up to one month from the date your order is placed.

These estimates include preparation and shipping time. Customs clearance, carrier delays and other unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery times. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your items are on their way.

Orders containing both collections

For orders placed before Christmas 2026 that contain both Mermacorn and Skelody products, the items will ship separately so Mermacorn items do not have to wait for made-to-order jewelry. Tracking information will be emailed for each shipment.

Christmas 2026

For Mermacorn delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by Sunday, December 6, 2026. This is a recommended ordering deadline, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs or shipping delays may affect delivery. This recommendation does not apply to Skelody made-to-order jewelry.
