Return and Refund Policy

Standard Skelody jewelry
You may request a return of standard Skelody jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and any accompanying documentation. Standard designs remain eligible even when made to order.

To request a return, email skelody@outlook.com with your order number. Please obtain approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the cost of tracked and insured return shipping to Shenzhen, China. The return address will be provided upon approval. Original complimentary outbound shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

Mermacorn and custom jewelry
Mermacorn DIY bracelet kits and custom-designed or personalized Skelody jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact skelody@outlook.com promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund, consistent with your applicable rights. If a return is required because an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before arranging shipping.

Refunds
We will inspect your return and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days of receiving it. Approved refunds will be submitted to your original payment method within a further 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit your account.

Your rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
